Our care professionals are trained to support service users living with conditions dementia, epilepsy, diabetes, cancer care, spinal injury and brain injury. All staff are trained with catheter care, stoma care and basic wound care. We monitor your health and mental wellbeing to prevent minor issues becoming serious ones.

 

We can help prevent hospital admissions by liasing with your healthcare team and address potential issues such as blood pressure and oxygen monitoring. We can also help with your hospital discharge by providing recovery care to ensure you get the right care at the right time.
